The Simon Pearce restaurant offers a private function room
overlooking the Ottauquechee River waterfall. This space, once occupied by Simon and his family and therefore historically called, "The Apartment," is an ideal setting for business lunches, wedding showers and private meetings. "The Apartment" private dining room will accommodate
60 guests comfortably.
