25th Anniversary Celebration
Thanks to all of you, our wonderful regular guests, we have been able to serve some interesting, local cuisine for the last 25 years. Some of our employees have been with us nearly that long also! We are planning a number of special events for the week of November 10th-16th.
All events can be booked by calling the restaurant at (802) 295-1470 or by emailing me at avicar@simonpearce.com. Sorry but we can’t accept any online reservations for these special events.
Tuesday, November 11th: Farmers’ Dinner in partnership with the Vermont Fresh Network.
This is a great series of dinners featuring local ingredients from around the state. We have been involved with the Vermont Fresh Network since its inception in 1996 and are very excited to be hosting another Farmers’ Dinner. You can find out more about them at www.vermontfresh.net. This event will take place on The Terrace and will be limited to 40 guests. The farmers whose bounty we will be serving that evening will be in attendance so you can talk with them as the night progresses. Seating will be “family style” at large round tables with farmers at each table.
This very special event will begin at 6:30pm, featuring a set 3 course dinner for $60 per person. Wine pairings will be available to highlight the synergy between these local flavors and the terroir of various vineyards. Beverages, tax and gratuity are additional.

Wednesday, November 12th: Cooking Simon Pearce Signature Dishes with Executive Chef, Joshua Duda
Wednesday night will feature a special cooking demonstration by Josh in The Apartment. During this evening Josh will show you how to prepare and cook the all time SP favorites of Sesame Chicken, Horseradish Crusted Cod and Crème Brulee. You will then sit down with Josh and enjoy the fruits of the demonstration as a three course dinner paired with three different wines personally selected by Josh and Jessica Johnson, Beverage Program Director.
This event will be limited to 35 guests and will begin at 6:30pm with sparkling wine and hors d’oeuvres before the demonstration begins.
Price for this special event is $75 per person inclusive of food and wine. Gratuity and tax are additional.
